Overview

The RAM® Laptop Mount for '99-16 Ford F-250 - F750 + More (Legacy) (RAM-VB-185-SW1) installs quickly and easily to the passenger seat rails using the existing vehicle hardware. This laptop mounting kit is telescoping, allowing users to adjust the height ranges from 12” to 18”. Dual swing arms provide articulation and 12” of reach for passenger and driver access to the mounted device. RAM® rubber ball and socket technology provides additional adjustability as well as shock and vibration isolation. This bundle features the legacy RAM® Tough-Tray™ laptop holder that accommodates 10" to 17" laptops (measured diagonally). The tray features four adjustable retaining arms with rubber grips that can be moved both vertically and horizontally. These arms allow for a custom fit for laptops of varying thickness while not blocking drives or ports. Upgrade your mounting kit with compatible accessories that are not included, such as the RAM® Adjustable Screen Support and RAM® Power Caddy. Integrated 2-hole AMPS mounting locations around the tray perimeter allow for easy attachment of accessories such as printers, handheld devices, or scanners. Can someone sit in the passenger seat while this mount is installed?

Technically someone can still sit in the passenger seat when this mount is installed but the mount does take up a considerable amount of leg room and it does make the passenger seat much less comfortable. If you want to be able to quickly remove the mount to make room for a passenger you could install our Remove-A-Pole base (RAM-VB-REM1).
Will this mount work in a 2003 F250 single cab with a bench seat? If not, is there a no-drill solution that fits this vehicle? Or could you steer me in the right direction for a proper mounting solution for this truck?
