Inside Sales Representative

Job Description

A National Products, Inc. Inside Sales Representative’s (ISR) job is a combination of customer service, support, and selling. Customer interfacing includes responding to requests for quotations, lead time updates, order placement, working through order changes, entering orders, communicating information proactively, selling, supporting relationships at larger accounts, and managing relationships with smaller accounts. The ISR reports to the NPI Inside Sales Leader.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Supporting the account management team.
  • Capturing accurate and complete information in Salesforce.
  • Entering inbound leads into Salesforce and assigning tasks to the appropriate account manager.
  • Handling inbound customer calls and transferring to the appropriate account manager as needed.
  • Providing quotes to the account management team and the customer base.
  • Completing vendor account setup forms and assisting with material declarations.
  • Building accounts for new customers in Salesforce prior to handing off to the account manager.

Marketing Coordinator - Sponsorships and Partnerships

Job Summary

RAM Mounts is seeking an experienced partnership marketer and project coordinator to execute a wide variety of initiatives related to public relations, events, marketing automation and social media aimed at increasing the brand presence of RAM Mounts through co-marketing efforts with customers, sponsors, and partners. This role is also responsible for the planning of marketing initiatives across several internal departments.

This role offers the opportunity to work across many marketing disciplines, including public relations, social media, marketing automation, website optimization, email marketing and content marketing. This position reports to the Marketing Manager – Events & Strategic Partnerships.

Specific Duties

  • Manage the day-to-day deliverables for co-op marketing, partnerships, and sponsorships including weekly outreach to Pro Staff for product reviews, photography, social media posts, and videos
  • Coordinate with Content and Social Marketing Manager to execute email drip campaigns through event lead generation via marketing automation
  • Use CRM and marketing automation to report on success of co-op marketing, events, partnerships, and sponsorships efforts
  • Develop monthly/quarterly KPI reporting analyzing performance, budget spend, and project execution
  • Coordinate public relations efforts with partnering organizations
  • Establish content and media calendars for online and offline content reflected in co-op, partnership, and sponsorship contracts
  • Develop link building opportunities related to partnerships through online outreach

The Powder Coat Racker/Loader is responsible for the prepping, loading and racking of aluminum castings before they are powder coated. The Racker/Loader loads aluminum castings onto racks in a timely manner, while checking the castings to ensure quality control. All necessary personal protective equipment is supplied such as gloves, ear protection, apron, and safety glasses. The employee must also be able to occasionally lift boxes that can weigh up to 50 pounds from floor to table. The Machine Maintenance Mechanic for the injection molding facility ensures machinery is operating effectively and efficiently. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: setting quality standards, ensuring standards are met, training and communicating policies and procedures, auditing and analyzing processes, measuring production, reporting results. Must be a strong communicator and able to develop and maintain strong working relationships by working closely with employees, supervisors and other departments.

  • Installs, maintains and repairs industrial production, manufacturing and process equipment.

The position of Assembler/Packager is very repetitive and requires the individual to assemble and/or package products correctly and within time standards which are shown on computer screens and/or paperwork. While performing these tasks the individual needs to visually check components for quality defects and must be able to count the correct amounts of components to assemble/package correctly. The individual must complete paperwork and labels as to what and how many were completed. The individual will need to read part numbers and location ID’s from computer screens to be able to gather components from the warehouse. The individual filling this role will work closely with co-workers and supervisors and must be able to develop and maintain h3 working relationships.

  • Assemble and package parts correctly in a warehouse work environment.

Job Description

The Cycle Counter is responsible for performing regular counts of component inventory based on a Pareto-based classification system. This position will work in all of our facilities, including our warehouse, injection molding facilities, and production floor, working alongside the material handling staff overseen by the Inventory Control Manager. The Cycle Counter will also be responsible for performing periodic counts of parts which can't be found or have been found to be misidentified, and monitor inventory levels for items which are not tracked in our ERP system.

This is a full-time position based out of our Seattle warehouse in the neighborhood of South Park. Warehouse hours are 7:30am to 4pm, though shift flexibility is a possibility after onboarding is complete.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Perform cycle counts on raw materials, packaging materials, purchased components and assemblies on a daily basis
  • Research inventory discrepancies and perform root cause analysis
  • Classify and track inventory discrepancies and relevant reconciliation transactions and report Inventory Accuracy metrics monthly
  • Assist warehouse team in maintaining integrity of inventory management system
  • Conduct searches to locate missing or misidentified parts
  • Perform other counting functions as required by the Inventory Supervisor, including receiving verifications and spot checks, on a daily and weekly basis
  • Communicate and develop process improvement ideas as needed

Skills and Qualifications

  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds; job requires applicants to sit, stand, bend, reach, lift, and move about the facilities
  • Applicant must have strong attention to detail and be able to work independently
  • Effective at time management, with strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Experience with warehousing and receiving processes
  • Valid Driver’s license
  • Ability to become Forklift Certified
  • Use a hand truck and pallet jack
  • Good written and verbal skills
  • Required to read and write English, follow verbal instructions and use simple math
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office, ERP/MRP experience is a plus

Education

  • High School diploma or GED.
