‍Alicia Carnevali - Vice President of Asset Management

After spending 12 years as a Manager in the Department of Business and Finance at Harborview Medical Center, Alicia Carnevali joined NPI in 2012. She currently serves as Vice President of Asset Management, overseeing all commercial and residential real estate development and management. Alicia has spent more than two decades as a self-employed property manager. Mrs. Carnevali has also been instrumental in developing and enhancing NPI’s employee benefits, including employer-paid healthcare coverage and paid parental leave programs.

 

Alicia graduated from the University of Washington with a Bachelor’s Degree in Public Relations and went on to achieve a Master’s Degree in Public Administration from Seattle University. She’s the recipient of a University of Washington Presidential appointment, was chosen for the 1997 Distinguished Staff Awards, and was an appointed member of the President’s Staff Forum.

 

Outside of her duties at NPI, Alicia has spent time as a board member of Seattle Chapter ARCS Foundation (Achievement Awards for College Scientists) and SR³ SeaLife Response, Rehabilitation, and Research, and is a current Associate Member of Seattle Chapter ARCS Foundation. She enjoys playing golf, gardening, traveling, snow skiing, cooking, studying her genealogy, and spending time with family and friends.
