All products purchased from the RAM® website can be returned free within 30 days of purchase. After the 30 day grace period, all returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. If purchased from a vendor or reseller besides RAM®, please coordinate your return with that vendor. (Not sure if you’re in the right place? Call 206-763-8361 or 800-497-7479 for more information). If your mount is defective, do not file a return—you’re in the wrong place! RAM® products are covered with a Lifetime or 3-year warranty (electronic components) click here to file a warranty claim or get more information.
Before you begin the return process, make sure the product you plan to return is in new, resellable condition. Damaged products cannot be returned. RAM Mounts accepts returns of full mounting systems or individual components. If any component is used, altered, or otherwise not suitable for resale, we cannot accept the component for return. If all product components are in sellable condition, a refund is granted in the amount of the product’s listed price. Shipping charges are not refunded.
You will need:
· NPI Order ID number from the original shipment (found on original shipping container)
· Names of specific parts and quantities being returned
· The product being returned (with all original components, hardware and packaging included)
Next, you need to obtain a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number.

Your 7 digit RMA number should look like this: XX-XXXXX
Write your RMA number clearly on the exterior of the container you are shipping your products in.
