Will this mount attach to the Ram Tab-Tite holder for the 10.5” Samsung tablet?

This has a 75x75mm VESA mount on the back and will not connect directly to the Tab-Tite holder.

Hi there, we are interested in purchasing this horizontal swivel mount to install into a Road Rail vehicle, i.e. a pick up truck retrofitted with rail modules to allow on track travel.
