RAM Mounts® began in 1992 within the garage of engineer and company founder, Jeff Carnevali. Started as a one-man operation grew quickly into a leading manufacturer of device and equipment mounting solutions. With over 200 employees, we’ve long outgrown Jeff’s garage, but our “do-it-yourself” origin continues to guide our philosophy today.

Powder Coat Racker/Loader

Founded in 1995, National Products, Inc. began supplying the world with our industry leading RAM Mounting Systems. Job Description
The Powder Coat Racker/Loader is responsible for the prepping, loading and racking of aluminum castings before they are powder coated. The Racker/Loader loads aluminum castings onto racks in a timely manner, while checking the castings to ensure quality control. All necessary personal protective equipment is supplied such as gloves, ear protection, apron, and safety glasses. The employee must also be able to occasionally lift boxes that can weigh up to 50 pounds from floor to table. This job requires the employee to be able to stand in one place or bend over for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.

Duties and Responsibilities
- Sort and load parts correctly in a warehouse work environment.
- Meet time standards with accuracy and efficiency.

Quality Control Inspector

Job Description
Upholds and maintains quality standards by approving incoming materials, in-process production, and finished products; recording quality results.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Approves incoming materials by confirming specifications, conducting visual and measurement tests, and rejecting unacceptable materials.
- Approves in-process production by confirming specifications, conducting visual and measurement tests, communicating findings to supervisor.
- Approves finished products by confirming specifications, conducting visual and measurement tests, returning products for re-work.
- Documents inspection results by completing reports and logs. and
- Maintains safe and healthy work environment by following standards and procedures.

Job Description
The Purchasing Buyer is responsible for sourcing and buying parts globally. This position requires strong communication skills and must have experience purchasing and procuring a variety of materials/components in a MRP/ERP based manufacturing environment. The individual filling this role will work closely with co-workers and supervisors and must be able to develop and maintain strong working relationships.

Essential Functions
- Manage day-to-day supplier relationships.
- Plan, organize, and coordinate activities related to the procurement function. Work with vendors to maintain and/or improve service levels as required.
- Identify and evaluate potential suppliers; proactively seek and evaluate new qualified suppliers.
- Work closely with suppliers to reduce costs of materials and meet quality/delivery requirements.
- Develop relationships with secondary suppliers for redundancy.
- Lead competitive bidding and pricing processes. Review bids and proposals for competitive cost, quality, and facility/customer specification requirements.
- Work with Accounting to resolve invoice and purchasing order variances.
- Maintain a system to evaluate vendor quotations that utilizes appropriate negotiation and purchasing techniques to ensure quality, price, delivery, and service.
- Troubleshoot vendor and supplier issues; work closely with internal and external stakeholders to determine appropriate preventive or corrective actions as needed.
- Understand and support sourcing and purchasing requirements for day to day operations.
- Review standard pricing updates.
- Participate in internal and external audits related to the purchasing function.
- Conduct spend analysis, identify cost saving opportunities.

Assembler/Packager

Job Description
The position of Assembler/Packager is very repetitive and requires the individual to assemble and/or package products correctly and within time standards which are shown on computer screens and/or paperwork. While performing these tasks the individual needs to visually check components for quality defects and must be able to count the correct amounts of components to assemble/package correctly. The individual must complete paperwork and labels as to what and how many were completed. The individual will need to read part numbers and location ID’s from computer screens to be able to gather components from the warehouse. The individual filling this role will work closely with co-workers and supervisors and must be able to develop and maintain strong working relationships.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assemble and package parts correctly in a warehouse work environment.
- Use the computer system to read bill of materials.
- Identify various nuts, bolts, screws, washers and assembly components by part number.
- Pick parts in warehouse by identifying warehouse locations using the computer system.
- Complete picking orders and work orders accurately and efficiently.

- Meet quality control standards for each assembled and packaged product.
- Use computer to log entries.

Entry level candidates start at $12 per hour and candidates with prior experience using a MRP or ERP computer system and working in a picking/packing position may potentially receive higher starting pay. Sales Account Manager (Powersports)

Job Description
RAM Mounts is looking for an entry level sales person, with a passion for motorcycles, ATVs, and all things powersports. Desire to travel is a must. At RAM, we exhibit at about 65 trade shows per year, which means you will be traveling 1 – 2 weeks per month throughout the country, the rest of your time will be spent in our brand new facility in South Seattle. No dialing for dollars. Spend your days in the office developing relationships with established powersports accounts to grow their awareness and knowledge of RAM in an effort to help them build their book of business. Spend your days on the road meeting with motorcycle dealers, ATV OEMs, device manufacturers, custom bike builders, etc. to develop solutions that fit their unique application. Compensation is primarily salary, with an opportunity for a team bonus on a quarterly basis.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop account management.
- Maintaining and expanding the database of prospects of the organization (specifically through telemarketing and Trade Show lead generation).
- Capturing of accurate and complete information in Customer Relationship Management system.

Job Description
The Customer Service Representative responds promptly and accurately to customer inquiries and issues regarding NPI products and services. Works within a team environment to provide customer support across an assigned geographic region and account structure.

Essential Functions
- Employs strong people skills to analyze and resolve customer inquiries and problems in accordance with established company guidelines.
- Interacts directly and courteously with customers, primarily by telephone or email.
- Directs unresolved issues to the appropriate resource for resolution.
- Records details of actions taken into the ERP and CRM systems as applicable.
- Analyzes transactions and corrects errors to ensure accuracy of customer records.
- Researches customer records to track order status and fulfillment.
- Develops thorough knowledge of product line, pricing, estimated delivery times, drop-ship procedures, marketing promotions, and associated information.

Web Analytics Specialist

NPI is currently seeking an experienced, passionate, highly motivated and organized Web Analyst Specialist. The candidates' primary responsibility is to provide onsite lead driving core insights from the data to suggest, create and execute a/b tests that drive fundamental improvements to the site experience for our rapidly growing ecommerce website. This position will work in collaboration with the Web and Marketing departments to assist with data collection, reporting and creation of analytics dashboards for presentation to senior management teams. Recommending and coordinating proper implementation of custom source code on an as-needed basis to ensure effective tracking of client-specific goals. Identify client-specific key performance indicators and produce reporting.

- 2-4 years of web analytics experience.
- Profound understanding of Google Analytics (related certifications are a plus).
- Experience with other analytics platforms such as SiteCatalyst, Webmaster Tools, and Google Trends.
- Extremely capable and comfortable working with Microsoft Excel and/or R.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
