RAM Mounts® began in 1992 within the garage of engineer and company founder, Jeff Carnevali. Started as a one-man operation grew quickly into a leading manufacturer of device and equipment mounting solutions. With over 250 employees, we’ve long outgrown Jeff’s garage, but our “do-it-yourself” origin continues to guide our philosophy today.

Marketing Coordinator - Sponsorships and Partnerships

Job Summary

RAM Mounts is seeking an organized marketer and project coordinator to drive, communicate, and creatively execute a wide variety of initiatives aimed at increasing the presence of RAM Mounts through co-marketing efforts with customers, sponsorships, and partnerships with brand advocates. In addition to coordinating initiatives with external stakeholders, this role is also responsible for internal corporate communications related to product announcements and the progress and planning of marketing initiatives cross departmentally.

This role offers the opportunity to work across many marketing communication disciplines including public relations, social media, blogging, email marketing, website optimization and content marketing. This position reports to the Director of Marketing.

Specific Duties


- Manage the day-to-day deliverables for partnerships, sponsorships, and co-op marketing, including weekly outreach to Pro Staff for product reviews, photography, and videos
- Coordinate with Social and Content Marketing Manager to execute email drip campaigns for lead gen, newsletters, social media posts, and on-site content to gain exposure internally and externally for our partnership efforts
- Manage publishing deadlines and establish content and media calendars for online and offline content reflected in co-op, partnership, and sponsorship contracts

Job Description
The Powder Coat Racker/Loader is responsible for the prepping, loading and racking of aluminum castings before they are powder coated. The Racker/Loader loads aluminum castings onto racks in a timely manner, while checking the castings to ensure quality control. All necessary personal protective equipment is supplied such as gloves, ear protection, apron, and safety glasses. The employee must also be able to occasionally lift boxes that can weigh up to 50 pounds from floor to table. This job requires the employee to be able to stand in one place or bend over for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.

Inventory Supervisor

Job Description
The Inventory Supervisor works directly with the Inventory Control manager. This role is responsible for supervising the team of Material Handlers and ensuring that daily, weekly, and monthly tasks are managed in an efficient manner. The person in this role must understand the breadth of operational processes, so that they can delegate or perform any necessary task.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Supervising a team of 8-12 Material Handlers and Receiving personnel
- Monitoring performance of team members, including progress towards departmental goals, attendance related issues, and contributing to annual reviews
- Overseeing inventory counts, ensuring that negative counts are done daily
- Acting as a point-of-contact for related departments, including production and shipping
- Using creativity and process knowledge to solve problems regarding missing inventory
- Contributing to continual improvement measures by understanding existing processes and identifying areas for improvement
- Verifying that Hot Pick transactions have been performed correctly.
- Performing inventory reconciliations and research cycle count errors to find the root causes.

Skills and Qualifications:
- 4 years inventory/warehousing experience in a manufacturing setting
- Knowledge of ERP/MRP systems
- MS Office familiarity

Job Description:
The Machine Maintenance Mechanic for the injection molding facility ensures machinery is operating effectively and efficiently. Responsibilities include but are not limited to setting quality standards, ensuring standards are met, training and communicating policies and procedures, auditing and analyzing processes, measuring production, reporting results. Develops and maintains strong working relationships by working closely with employees, supervisors and other departments.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Installs, maintains and repairs industrial production, manufacturing and process equipment.
- Examines machines to diagnose trouble, dismantles machines, replaces defective parts, reassembles machines and makes necessary adjustments to ensure efficient operation

The position of Assembler/Packager is very repetitive and requires the individual to assemble and/or package products correctly and within time standards which are shown on computer screens and/or paperwork. While performing these tasks the individual needs to visually check components for quality defects and must be able to count the correct amounts of components to assemble/package correctly. The individual must complete paperwork and labels as to what and how many were completed. The individual will need to read part numbers and location ID’s from computer screens to be able to gather components from the warehouse. The individual filling this role will work closely with co-workers and supervisors and must be able to develop and maintain strong working relationships.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assemble and package parts correctly in a warehouse work environment.
- Use the computer system to read bill of materials.
- Identify various nuts, bolts, screws, washers and assembly components by part number.
- Pick parts in warehouse by identifying warehouse locations using the computer system.

Purchasing Buyer

Job Description
The Purchasing Buyer is responsible for sourcing and buying parts globally. This position requires strong communication skills and must have experience purchasing and procuring a variety of materials/components in a MRP/ERP based manufacturing environment. The individual filling this role will work closely with co-workers and supervisors and must be able to develop and maintain strong working relationships.

Essential Functions
- Manage day-to-day supplier relationships.
- Plan, organize, and coordinate activities related to the procurement function. Work with vendors to maintain and/or improve service levels as required.
- Identify and evaluate potential suppliers; proactively seek and evaluate new qualified suppliers.
- Work closely with suppliers to reduce costs of materials and meet quality/delivery requirements.
- Develop relationships with secondary suppliers for redundancy.
- Lead competitive bidding and pricing processes. Review bids and proposals for competitive cost, quality, and facility/customer specification requirements.

Job Description
RAM Mounting Systems is looking for entry level sales people on up (for Agriculture/Construction sales), with a passion for travel and a strong work ethic. No dialing for dollars. At RAM, we exhibit at about 65 trade shows per year, which means you will be traveling 1 – 2 weeks per month throughout the country, the rest of your time will be spent in our brand new facility in South Seattle. Spend your days in the office developing relationships with established accounts to grow their awareness and knowledge of RAM in an effort to help them build their book of business. Job Description
A National Products, Inc. Inside Sales Representative’s (ISR) job is primarily a customer service function that requires supporting the RAM Mount account management team, in close conjunction with the Sales Manager. Customer interfacing includes requests for quotations, lead times, order placement, expediting, order changes, the building of quotations, writing orders and communicating information proactively back to customers and the account manager. Additionally, an ISR handles the project execution actions and overall coordination of these service activities between NPI and the account management team. The ISR reports to the NPI Sales Manager.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Support the account management team.

The candidates' primary responsibility is to provide onsite lead driving core insights from the data to suggest, create and execute a/b tests that drive fundamental improvements to the site experience for our rapidly growing ecommerce website. This position will work in collaboration with the Web and Marketing departments to assist with data collection, reporting and creation of analytics dashboards for presentation to senior management teams. Identify client-specific key performance indicators and produce reporting.
