RAM Mounts® began in 1992 within the garage of engineer and company founder, Jeff Carnevali. Started as a one-man operation grew quickly into a leading manufacturer of device and equipment mounting solutions. With over 200 employees, we’ve long outgrown Jeff’s garage, but our “do-it-yourself” origin continues to guide our philosophy today.

Sales Account Manager (Powersports)

Job Description
RAM Mounts is looking for an entry level sales person, with a passion for motorcycles, ATVs, and all things powersports. Desire to travel is a must. At RAM, we exhibit at about 65 trade shows per year, which means you will be traveling 1 – 2 weeks per month throughout the country, the rest of your time will be spent in our brand new facility in South Seattle. No dialing for dollars. Spend your days in the office developing relationships with established powersports accounts to grow their awareness and knowledge of RAM in an effort to help them build their book of business. Spend your days on the road meeting with motorcycle dealers, ATV OEMs, device manufacturers, custom bike builders, etc. to develop solutions that fit their unique application. Compensation is primarily salary, with an opportunity for a team bonus on a quarterly basis.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop account management.

Job Description
The Purchasing Buyer is responsible for sourcing and buying parts globally. This position requires strong communication skills and must have experience purchasing and procuring a variety of materials/components in a MRP/ERP based manufacturing environment. The individual filling this role will work closely with co-workers and supervisors and must be able to develop and maintain strong working relationships.

Essential Functions
- Manage day-to-day supplier relationships.
- Plan, organize, and coordinate activities related to the procurement function. Work with vendors to maintain and/or improve service levels as required.
- Identify and evaluate potential suppliers; proactively seek and evaluate new qualified suppliers.
- Work closely with suppliers to reduce costs of materials and meet quality/delivery requirements.

Marketing Director

RAM Mounts is seeking a talented, accomplished and hard-working leader looking to make an impact within our organization, as well as in the marketplace. The Director of Marketing will work directly with the VP of Marketing and is responsible for the strategic leadership in developing programs that drive sales through building awareness of our products throughout a multi-channel sales model which includes OEMs, Distributors, Online/Catalog/Brick and Mortar Resellers and direct consumers. Specific responsibilities include leading the creative team in the development and organization of a marketing collateral library designed to support the sales process across our entire sales channel, managing marketing programs with various B2B partners, high level oversight of face to face marketing efforts such as tradeshows and partner events and management of print/online advertising and marketing efforts.

Duties & Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the VP of Marketing to develop annual marketing plans to support all facets of business including the B2B and B2C channels.
- Work with Sales, Customer Service and Ecommerce to promote programs across all sales channels.
- Develop a strategy for lead generation across multiple platforms including direct B2B sales, joint efforts with B2B customers, tradeshow marketing, partners and direct sales where applicable.
- Own the management, implementation, results tracking and visual customer experience of all tradeshow marketing efforts, currently over 60 events per year.
- Develop a strategy and lead a team in the implementation of a social media plan to address both B2B and B2C markets

- Identify opportunities to develop case studies and white papers to illustrate the business challenges and subsequent RAM solutions that help solve these issues. Work closely with customers to develop a compelling story which highlights the specific benefits realized through the implementation of RAM products and solutions.

Marketing Event Coordinator

RAM Mounts is a leading manufacturer of rugged mounting solutions for mobile electronics in any type of vehicle, vessel or aircraft. RAM’s product line includes fleet mounting systems for iPads and other tablets, rugged handhelds, smartphones, GPS, two-way radios, police consoles, video surveillance, commercial marine and aviation electronics. Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented Marketing Event Coordinator to assist in execution of over 70 trade shows per year.

Marketing Events include, but are not limited to:
- Classic Trade Shows with Exhibitors
- Events that require a crated booth
- Non-typical events that are branded events, where the focus is on branding and brand activation Sales events include, but are not limited to:
- Events that do not require marketing promotion
- Sales Opportunities, such as Client Meetings, walking Trade Shows (not exhibiting), Conferences, and Partner/Dealer Shows
- Sales Training events

Specific Duties
- Order event furnishings and utilities
- Arrange travel and accommodation for event attendees, including managing any travel changes within budget
- Receive and enter in Business Leads collected during events to update campaigns in Salesforce
- Receive and sort product from events
- Create and Manage the corporate event calendar, to include:
  -   Schedule pre and post-event internal team meetings
  -   Updating shipping dates
  -   Updating sample request due dates
  -   All other event-related deadlines
- Reach out to event attendees to send post-show shipping instruction for materials (collateral and booth/display)
- Process inventory requests from attendees
- Assist with planning booth/display shipping timeframes for all events to ensure booth/display availability for registered events
- Track shipping of booth/display and other materials to and from events to ensure arrival at destination on target date
- Request and receive existing and/or new collateral from appropriate personnel in Marketing Department and arrange for it to arrive at the event
- Manage inventory such as Dummy Units, GDS Product from Marketing Stock, Collateral (incl. stickers, postcards, banners, flags, tablecloths, etc.), RAM polos, and other marketing supplies
- Inspect condition of all collateral returned to Marketing after event
- Manage Booth condition by:
  -   Inspect condition of booths on return to Marketing Department
  -   Prepare large crated booths for events
  -   Post-show cleanout
  -   Order replacement parts for booths and coordinate booth repairs
  -   Order / restock booth needs
- Support Marketing personnel by scheduling other ad-hoc department meetings and recording meeting minutes
- Liaise between Sales and Marketing to process sales requests for trade shows

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Marketing, Communications or Event Planning
- Minimum of 1-year experience in trade show or event planning or equivalent experience

Job Description
A National Products, Inc. Inside Sales Representative’s (ISR) job is primarily a customer service function that requires supporting the RAM Mount account management team, in close conjunction with the Sales Manager. Customer interfacing includes requests for quotations, lead times, order placement, expediting, order changes, the building of quotations, writing orders and communicating information proactively back to customers and the account manager. Additionally, an ISR handles the project execution actions and overall coordination of these service activities between NPI and the account management team. The ISR reports to the NPI Sales Manager.
