Job Description
The Web Designer and Developer position is an integral role on our web development team that is responsible for the web presence of our brand, RAM Mounts. Work within a small, fast paced team, creating web pages and experiences that will be utilized by our customers located across the globe. Duties and Responsibilities
- Responsible for web site updates, maintenance, page creation and support requests

Marketing Director

RAM Mounts is seeking a talented, accomplished and hard-working leader looking to make an impact within our organization, as well as in the marketplace. The Director of Marketing will work directly with the VP of Marketing and is responsible for the strategic leadership in developing programs that drive sales through building awareness of our products throughout a multi-channel sales model which includes OEMs, Distributors, Online/Catalog/Brick and Mortar Resellers and direct consumers. Specific responsibilities include leading the creative team in the development and organization of a marketing collateral library designed to support the sales process across our entire sales channel, managing marketing programs with various B2B partners, high level oversight of face to face marketing efforts such as tradeshows and partner events and management of print/online advertising and marketing efforts.

Duties & Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the VP of Marketing to develop annual marketing plans to support all facets of business including the B2B and B2C channels.
- Work with Sales, Customer Service and Ecommerce to promote programs across all sales channels.
- Develop a strategy for lead generation across multiple platforms including direct B2B sales, joint efforts with B2B customers, tradeshow marketing, partners and direct sales where applicable.
- Own the management, implementation, results tracking and visual customer experience of all tradeshow marketing efforts, currently over 60 events per year.
- Develop a strategy and lead a team in the implementation of a social media plan to address both B2B and B2C markets
- Identify areas to expand demand generation strategy to assure proper representation across all of the marketing mix and develop strategic inbound and outbound marketing efforts.
- Work closely with the web team to assure proper product representation, merchandising and organization to service both B2B and B2C customers.
- Accurately and concisely identify opportunities to develop new products to meet the needs of our customers, and work with product management and engineering to communicate key features and functionalities to drive future product development.
- Work with marketing team to develop a full suite of marketing assets to support new product launches including development of web pages and content, product packaging, marketing sell sheets and specification sheets, tradeshow collateral, etc.
- Identify opportunities to develop case studies and white papers to illustrate the business challenges and subsequent RAM solutions that help solve these issues. Work closely with customers to develop a compelling story which highlights the specific benefits realized through the implementation of RAM products and solutions.
- Work with VP of Marketing to identify overarching content strategy and implement through direct hires, sub-contractors or a mixture of both.
- Play an active role in identifying opportunities to create and deploy marketing automation tools, creative development workflows, corporate identity standards and further advance marketing functions through process and workflow development.

Job Description
Upholds and maintains quality standards by approving incoming materials, in-process production, and finished products; recording quality results.

Job Description
The Customer Service Representative responds promptly and accurately to customer inquiries and issues regarding NPI products and services. Works within a team environment to provide customer support across an assigned geographic region and account structure.

Essential Functions

- Interacts directly and courteously with customers, primarily by telephone or email.

Job Description
A National Products, Inc. Inside Sales Representative’s (ISR) job is primarily a customer service function that requires supporting the RAM Mount account management team, in close conjunction with the Sales Manager. Customer interfacing includes requests for quotations, lead times, order placement, expediting, order changes, the building of quotations, writing orders and communicating information proactively back to customers and the account manager. Additionally, an ISR handles the project execution actions and overall coordination of these service activities between NPI and the account management team. The ISR reports to the NPI Sales Manager.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Support the account management team.
- Capturing of accurate and complete information in Salesforce.
- Entering inbound leads into Salesforce and assigning tasks to the appropriate account manager.
- Developing efficient processes for quoting console systems.
- Providing quotes to the account management team.
- Building accounts for new customers in Salesforce prior to handing off to the appropriate account manager.

Job Description
The position of Assembler/Packager is very repetitive and requires the individual to assemble and/or package products correctly and within time standards which are shown on computer screens and/or paperwork. While performing these tasks the individual needs to visually check components for quality defects and must be able to count the correct amounts of components to assemble/package correctly. The individual must complete paperwork and labels as to what and how many were completed. The individual will need to read part numbers and location ID’s from computer screens to be able to gather components from the warehouse. The individual filling this role will work closely with co-workers and supervisors and must be able to develop and maintain strong working relationships.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assemble and package parts correctly in a warehouse work environment.
- Use the computer system to read bill of materials.
- Identify various nuts, bolts, screws, washers and assembly components by part number.
- Pick parts in warehouse by identifying warehouse locations using the computer system.
- Complete picking orders and work orders accurately and efficiently.
- Meet time standards given for each assembled and packaged product.
- Meet quality control standards for each assembled and packaged product.
- Use computer to log entries.

Sales Account Manager

Job Description
We are looking for entry level sales people on up, with a passion for travel and a strong work ethic. No dialing for dollars. At RAM, we exhibit at about 65 trade shows per year, which means you will be traveling 1 – 2 weeks per month throughout the country, the rest of your time will be spent in our brand new facility (currently being renovated). Spend your days in the office developing relationships with established accounts to grow their awareness and knowledge of RAM in an effort to help them build their book of business. Spend your days on the road meeting with fleet managers, tablet OEMs, kayak manufacturers, truck builders, etc. to develop customized solutions that fit their unique application. Compensation is primarily salary, with an opportunity for a team bonus on a quarterly basis. Benefits include employee medical and dental insurance, PTO, paid holidays, and an engaging work culture.

- Maintaining and expanding the database of prospects of the organization (specifically through telemarketing and Trade Show lead generation).
