A National Products, Inc. Inside Sales Representative’s (ISR) job is primarily a customer service function that requires supporting the RAM Mount account management team, in close conjunction with the Sales Manager. Customer interfacing includes requests for quotations, lead times, order placement, expediting, order changes, the building of quotations, writing orders and communicating information proactively back to customers and the account manager. Additionally, an ISR handles the project execution actions and overall coordination of these service activities between NPI and the account management team. The ISR reports to the NPI Sales Manager.

Job Description
The Powder Coat Racker/Loader is responsible for the prepping, loading and racking of aluminum castings before they are powder coated. The Racker/Loader loads aluminum castings onto racks in a timely manner, while checking the castings to ensure quality control. All necessary personal protective equipment is supplied such as gloves, ear protection, apron, and safety glasses. The employee must also be able to occasionally lift boxes that can weigh up to 50 pounds from floor to table. This job requires the employee to be able to stand in one place or bend over for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.

Machine Maintenance Mechanic

Job Description:
The Machine Maintenance Mechanic for the injection molding facility ensures machinery is operating effectively and efficiently. Responsibilities include but are not limited to setting quality standards, ensuring standards are met, training and communicating policies and procedures, auditing and analyzing processes, measuring production, reporting results. Develops and maintains strong working relationships by working closely with employees, supervisors and other departments.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Installs, maintains and repairs industrial production, manufacturing and process equipment.
- Examines machines to diagnose trouble, dismantles machines, replaces defective parts, reassembles machines and makes necessary adjustments to ensure efficient operation

The position of Assembler/Packager is very repetitive and requires the individual to assemble and/or package products correctly and within time standards which are shown on computer screens and/or paperwork. While performing these tasks the individual needs to visually check components for quality defects and must be able to count the correct amounts of components to assemble/package correctly. The individual must complete paperwork and labels as to what and how many were completed. The individual will need to read part numbers and location ID’s from computer screens to be able to gather components from the warehouse. The individual filling this role will work closely with co-workers and supervisors and must be able to develop and maintain strong working relationships.

The Purchasing Buyer is responsible for sourcing and buying parts globally. This position requires strong communication skills and must have experience purchasing and procuring a variety of materials/components in a MRP/ERP based manufacturing environment. The individual filling this role will work closely with co-workers and supervisors and must be able to develop and maintain strong working relationships.

Essential Functions
- Manage day-to-day supplier relationships.
- Plan, organize, and coordinate activities related to the procurement function. Work with vendors to maintain and/or improve service levels as required.

- Maintain a system to evaluate vendor quotations that utilizes appropriate negotiation and purchasing techniques to ensure quality, price, delivery, and service.
- Troubleshoot vendor and supplier issues; work closely with internal and external stakeholders to determine appropriate preventive or corrective actions as needed.
- Understand and support sourcing and purchasing requirements for day to day operations.
- Review standard pricing updates.
- Participate in internal and external audits related to the purchasing function.
- Conduct spend analysis, identify cost saving opportunities.
- Regularly review purchasing agreements to ensure best value and service.
- Establish and maintain close working relationships with vendors.

Skills and Qualifications
- Five or more years’ experience in manufacturing supply chain management/purchasing is required.
- Three or more years of buying experience in a Purchasing Department.
- Strong working knowledge of ERP software.
- Excellent working knowledge of forecasting inventory-needs, planning and control.
- Strong understanding and experience with logistics, LTL freight, and related shipping services.
- Experienced and skilled using Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Firm understanding of Purchasing/Inventory/Accounting/General Ledger/Accounts Payable concepts and how they are integrated and work together.
- Candidate should possess excellent communication skills, should be process oriented and results driven.

Web Analytics Specialist

NPI is currently seeking an experienced, passionate, highly motivated and organized Web Analyst Specialist. The candidates' primary responsibility is to provide onsite lead driving core insights from the data to suggest, create and execute a/b tests that drive fundamental improvements to the site experience for our rapidly growing ecommerce website. This position will work in collaboration with the Web and Marketing departments to assist with data collection, reporting and creation of analytics dashboards for presentation to senior management teams. Recommending and coordinating proper implementation of custom source code on an as-needed basis to ensure effective tracking of client-specific goals. Identify client-specific key performance indicators and produce reporting.

- 2-4 years of web analytics experience.
- Profound understanding of Google Analytics (related certifications are a plus).
- Experience with other analytics platforms such as SiteCatalyst, Webmaster Tools, and Google Trends.
- Extremely capable and comfortable working with Microsoft Excel and/or R.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Basic knowledge of HTML and JavaScript.
