Marketing Communications Specialist

Job Summary
RAM Mounts is seeking a creative marketer with strong communications and writing talents to manage marketing communications activities across the company. The marketing specialist is responsible for public relations, communications planning and content creation reaching a variety of B2B industries and B2C markets. There is an opportunity to work across many marketing communications disciplines including social media, blogging, email marketing, public relations, web site optimization and content marketing. The marketing specialist will work closely with associates and vendors and must be able to develop and maintain strong working relationships. This position reports to the Director of Global Marketing.

Specific Duties:
- Manage the corporate public relations function including media plan development and press relationship management.
- Create press releases about new products, company news and customer success stories.
- Establish content and media calendars, tracking publishing deadlines for online and offline content.
- Develop and execute email marketing, newsletters and blogging properties to keep the RAM name fresh while creating engagement with our various audiences.
- Responsible for the company blogging strategy maintaining the corporate blog as well as coordinating and promoting stories to external bloggers.
- Develop content including optimized web text, literature promotional copy, internal sales tools and presentations, customer testimonial stories and infographics.
- Work with internal graphic design and web development teams to maintain product branding and messaging standards.
- Other projects and initiatives as assigned.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications or related field
- 4-8 years’ experience in communications or business writing role
- Demonstrated ability to manage media contacts and write press releases
- Strong written, spoken and interpersonal communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills
- Ability to work efficiently under multiple deadlines
- Technological savvy and a curious nature
- A collaborative and team-oriented disposition

Preferred Qualifications:

Sales Account Manager

Job Description
We are looking for entry level sales people on up, with a passion for travel and a strong work ethic. No dialing for dollars. At RAM, we exhibit at about 65 trade shows per year, which means you will be traveling 1 – 2 weeks per month throughout the country, the rest of your time will be spent in our brand new facility (currently being renovated). Spend your days in the office developing relationships with established accounts to grow their awareness and knowledge of RAM in an effort to help them build their book of business. Spend your days on the road meeting with fleet managers, tablet OEMs, kayak manufacturers, truck builders, etc. to develop customized solutions that fit their unique application. Compensation is primarily salary, with an opportunity for a team bonus on a quarterly basis. Benefits include employee medical and dental insurance, PTO, paid holidays, and an engaging work culture.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop account management.
- Maintaining and expanding the database of prospects of the organization (specifically through telemarketing and Trade Show lead generation).
- Capturing of accurate and complete information in Customer Relationship Management system.
- Coordinating with customer service for status on orders from NPI ensuring the delivery commitment to clients is met.

IT Support Engineer

NPI is currently seeking an experienced, passionate, highly motivated and organized IT Support Engineer. The candidates' primary responsibility is to provide onsite IT support for a growing organization. Working under the direction of offsite Senior IT Staff, the successful candidate will work to implement IT initiatives, ensure organization and consistency throughout the department and take ownership of all related issues and their resolutions.

Responsibilities:
- Maintain PCs, servers, networking devices, printers, and peripherals including configuring, upgrading, troubleshooting, and repairing a wide range of IT hardware
- Install, configure and test new workstations and software
- Provide onsite assistance and training for company users with day to day pc issues and operation
- Identify and escalate situations requiring senior level attention
- Assist in the design process and implementation of computer systems and networks including a number of Point to Point wireless links
- Maintain and ensure that back-ups on all systems occur and ensure that tape rotation and offsite storage schedule is followed
- Maintain an accurate and current inventory of installed site software licenses and compliance
- Administer network virus protection on servers and clients

Job Description
The position of Assembler/Packager is very repetitive and requires the individual to assemble and/or package products correctly and within time standards which are shown on computer screens and/or paperwork. While performing these tasks the individual needs to visually check components for quality defects and must be able to count the correct amounts of components to assemble/package correctly. The individual must complete paperwork and labels as to what and how many were completed. The individual will need to read part numbers and location ID’s from computer screens to be able to gather components from the warehouse. The individual filling this role will work closely with co-workers and supervisors and must be able to develop and maintain strong working relationships.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assemble and package parts correctly in a warehouse work environment.
- Use the computer system to read bill of materials.
- Identify various nuts, bolts, screws, washers and assembly components by part number.
- Pick parts in warehouse by identifying warehouse locations using the computer system.
- Complete picking orders and work orders accurately and efficiently.
- Meet time standards given for each assembled and packaged product.
- Meet quality control standards for each assembled and packaged product.
- Use computer to log entries.

Skills and Qualifications:
- Lift up to 40 pounds.

The Assembler/Packager position is full time and located in our Seattle warehouse. Entry level candidates start at $12 per hour and candidates with prior experience using a MRP or ERP computer system and working in a picking/packing position may potentially receive higher starting pay. Mechanical Design Engineer

Responsibilities:
- Product designs based on customer and market requirements.
- Generate conceptual design sketches, assembly drawings and detailed drawings for fabrication and sales.
- Work with machine shops to fabricate components.
- Assist with development of manufacturing processes and procedures.
- Assist with new business development through sketches, descriptions and cost estimates.

Skills and Requirements:
- BS or above in Mechanical Engineering or related degree.
- 5+ years of industry experience in plastics/metal casting design and production.
- Experience with 3D CAD/CAM software. Solidworks preferred.
- Ability to maintain good working relationships with co-workers, management, vendors and customers.
- Must be willing to work in a multiple project/multiple deadline environment.
- Effective communication skills.
- Manufacturing shop experience a plus.
- Experience with 3D printer and component prototyping.

Plastic and Rubber Injection Molding Machine Operator

Position includes:
- Operating injection machine
- Product secondary operations such as trimming, sorting, and assembling
- Receives written and verbal instructions for tasks and orders
- Works at different workstations as job requires

- Injection molding and machine setup experience a plus
- Must be able to tolerate standing for long periods of time

Production Manager (Manufacturing)

Job Description:
The Production Manager oversees the assembly/packaging areas of National Products manufacturing. Responsibilities include but are not limited to maintaining production schedules, ensuring quality and safety standards are met, employee training, performance reviews and compensation, rewards and recognition, and employee relations including motivation and discipline. Must lead individuals in visually checking components for quality defects, correctly counting components to assemble and package, completing paperwork and labels, and reading part numbers and location ID’s from computer screens. Must be a strong communicator and able to develop and maintain strong working relationships by working closely with employees, supervisors and other departments.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Oversee assembly and packaging of parts in a warehouse work environment.
- Oversee quality control standards for each assembled and packaged product.
- Ensure employees meet time standards given for each assembled and packaged product.
- Work with HR on employee selection/hiring, compensation, employee relations, terminations.
- Identify various nuts, bolts, screws, washers and assembly components by part number.
- Use the computer system to read bill of materials and log entries.
- Monitor and track daily attendance, schedules and tasks.
- Train employees on tasks and efficient work processes.
- Oversee the warehouse and work order process.
- Lead and set the standard for safety and cleanliness.

Skills and Qualifications:
- Minimum 5-10 years supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Experience working in a Manufacturing Resource Planning (MRP) environment.
- Perform computer skills including MS Office (Word, Excel), MRP.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Attention to detail to meet quality standards.

Education:
- High School diploma (minimum).
- Some college coursework is a plus.
