Account Manager


A National Products, Inc. Account Manager (AM) job is primarily a hybrid of an inside and outside sales role. The job function requires selling or introducing represented products to established clients and/or prospecting for new ones, in close conjunction with the NPI VP of Sales. Customer interfacing includes requests for quotations, lead times, order placement, expediting, or changes, the building of quotations, writing orders and communicating information proactively back to customers. Additionally, an AM handles the project execution actions and overall coordination of these service activities between NPI and its customers. The AM reports to the NPI VP of Sales. Additional duties of proactive outbound sales is another responsibility of this position and will be developed based on the successful candidate’s capabilities.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Outbound and inbound account management.
- Maintaining and expanding the database of prospects of the organization (specifically through telemarketing and Trade Show lead generation).
- Capturing of accurate and complete information in Salesforce.com Customer Relationship Management system (CRM).
- Coordinating with customer service for status on orders from NPI ensuring the delivery commitment to clients is met.
- Cooperating with NPI VP of Sales to determine strategic approaches for sales.
- Identify decision makers among the targeted leads in order to initiate sales process.
- Participating fully in product training sessions, meetings, skills training and professional development classes as required.
- Handling cancellations or changes in sales orders and communicating the changes with the related departments.

Senior Web Developer

IT Support Engineer


NPI is currently seeking an experienced, passionate, highly motivated and organized IT Support Engineer. The candidates' primary responsibility is to provide onsite IT support for a growing organization. Working under the direction of offsite Senior IT Staff, the successful candidate will work to implement IT initiatives, ensure organization and consistency throughout the department and take ownership of all related issues and their resolutions.

Responsibilities:
- Maintain PCs, servers, networking devices, printers, and peripherals including configuring, upgrading, troubleshooting, and repairing a wide range of IT hardware
- Install, configure and test new workstations and software
- Provide onsite assistance and training for company users with day to day pc issues and operation
- Identify and escalate situations requiring senior level attention
- Assist in the design process and implementation of computer systems and networks including a number of Point to Point wireless links
- Maintain and ensure that back-ups on all systems occur and ensure that tape rotation and offsite storage schedule is followed
- Maintain an accurate and current inventory of installed site software licenses and compliance
- Administer network virus protection on servers and clients

Marketing Manager


Job Description:

The Marketing Manager works directly with the VP of Sales and Marketing and is responsible for the strategic leadership in developing programs that drive sales through building awareness of our products throughout a multi-channel sales model which includes OEMs, Distributors, Online/Catalog/Brick and Mortar Resellers and direct consumers. Specific responsibilities include leading the creative team in the development and organization of a marketing collateral library designed to support the sales process across our entire sales channel, managing marketing programs with various B2B partners, high level oversight of face to face marketing efforts such as tradeshows and partner events and management of print/online advertising and marketing efforts.

Duties and Responsibilities:

- Work closely with the VP of Sales and Marketing to develop annual marketing plans to support all facets of business including the B2B and B2C channels.

- Work with Sales, Customer Service and Ecommerce to promote programs across all sales channels.

- Develop a strategy for lead generation across multiple platforms including direct B2B sales, joint efforts with B2B customers, tradeshow marketing, partners and direct sales where applicable.

- Own the management, implementation, results tracking and visual customer experience of all tradeshow marketing efforts, currently over 60 events per year.

- Develop a strategy and lead a team in the implementation of a social media plan to address both B2B and B2C markets

- Identify areas to expand demand generation strategy to assure proper representation across all marketing and develop strategic inbound and outbound marketing efforts.

- Work closely with the web team to assure proper product representation, merchandising and organization to service both B2B and B2C customers.

- Accurately and concisely identify opportunities to develop new products to meet the needs of our customers, and work with product management and engineering to communicate key features and functionalities to drive future product development.

- Work with marketing team to develop a full suite of marketing assets to support new product launches including development of web pages and content, product packaging, marketing sell sheets and specification sheets, tradeshow collateral, etc.

- Identify opportunities to develop case studies and white papers to illustrate the business challenges and subsequent RAM solutions that help solve these issues. Work closely with customers to develop a compelling story which highlights the specific benefits realized through the implementation of RAM products and solutions.

- Work with VP of Sales and Marketing to identify overarching content strategy and implement through direct hires, sub-contractors or a mixture of both.

- Play an active role in identifying opportunities to create and deploy marketing automation tools, creative development workflows, corporate identity standards and further advance marketing functions through process and workflow development.

Mechanical Design Engineer


Responsibilities:
- Product designs based on customer and market requirements.
- Generate conceptual design sketches, assembly drawings and detailed drawings for fabrication and sales.
- Work with machine shops to fabricate components.
- Assist with development of manufacturing processes and procedures.
- Assist with new business development through sketches, descriptions and cost estimates.

Skills and Requirements:
- BS or above in Mechanical Engineering or related degree.
- 5+ years of industry experience in plastics/metal casting design and production.
- Experience with 3D CAD/CAM software. Solidworks preferred.
- Ability to maintain good working relationships with co-workers, management, vendors and customers.
- Must be willing to work in a multiple project/multiple deadline environment.
- Effective communication skills.
- Manufacturing shop experience a plus.
- Experience with 3D printer and component prototyping.

Position includes:
- Operating injection machine

Powder Coating Operator


Position includes:
- Operating powder coat booth
- Racking parts to be powder coated
- Inspection of parts for quality

- Day shift hours are 6:00am to 2:30pm Monday through Friday

Production Manager (Manufacturing)


Job Description:
The Production Manager oversees the assembly/packaging areas of National Products manufacturing. Responsibilities include but are not limited to maintaining production schedules, ensuring quality and safety standards are met, employee training, performance reviews and compensation, rewards and recognition, and employee relations including motivation and discipline. Must lead individuals in visually checking components for quality defects, correctly counting components to assemble and package, completing paperwork and labels, and reading part numbers and location ID’s from computer screens. Must be a strong communicator and able to develop and maintain strong working relationships by working closely with employees, supervisors and other departments.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Oversee assembly and packaging of parts in a warehouse work environment.
- Oversee quality control standards for each assembled and packaged product.
- Ensure employees meet time standards given for each assembled and packaged product.
- Work with HR on employee selection/hiring, compensation, employee relations, terminations.
- Identify various nuts, bolts, screws, washers and assembly components by part number.
- Use the computer system to read bill of materials and log entries.
- Monitor and track daily attendance, schedules and tasks.
- Train employees on tasks and efficient work processes.
- Oversee the warehouse and work order process.
- Lead and set the standard for safety and cleanliness.

Skills and Qualifications:
- Minimum 5-10 years supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Experience working in a Manufacturing Resource Planning (MRP) environment.
- Perform computer skills including MS Office (Word, Excel), MRP.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Attention to detail to meet quality standards.

Education:
- High School diploma (minimum).
- Some college coursework is a plus.
