RAM Laptop Tray Unique Features



Internal and external hex pockets to eliminate machining & provides stronger threads without the need for thread locking materials. These hex pockets also allow for easy replacement of hex screws or nuts. Screws and nuts may be of different materials than the main housing to provide better strength and characteristics without the need for weld nuts or inserts. Internal features for cable routing, integrated PCB structures, mounting bosses, electronic component mounting holes, slots and lugs all accomplished without the need for machining, bending or welding. These unique features inherently have structural radius and smooth edges for protection of wires and components. Internal and external ribs plus features provide strength and rigidity. This equates to a stronger tray with less material weight for cost savings.

All outside corners have large radius edges to help prevent injury or damage to persons or equipment. Internal radius provides strength plus a good feel and overall appealing look.	Unique features may be molded such as the screen support fold down pocket shown here, also notice the large smooth edges and corners at the front of the tray.

Integrated cable securing features prevent jacks from being accidentally pulled out while holding cables in a clean and orderly manner.
